The TV was also in poor shape, as the color was not adjustable, with everything way too red and dark as the base color for all channels. I've never had this problem with a bed in this hotel before, but once I tried it out for the night, it was just too late to change to another bed. However, I need to report that the king bed was saggy on both sides and should be replaced as soon as possible (Rm 202). The coffee was very good! The breakfast was good as well, with a lot of nice options. Our morning breakfast service was wonderful and our breakfast server assistant was so nice and very helpful. Once again, the front desk staff was very efficient and welcoming. It is a non-smoking hotel, and also a NO pet hotel, and these hotels are harder and harder to find. It's centrally located, good restaurants nearby, and the entire hotel is quiet and consistently managed, as I've come to expect over my many years of staying here. I always stay at this hotel when I am in the area because of its location and quality.
